Resort Policies

 

We are a quiet family oriented resort and these policies are in place for the comfort of all our guests.

 

• PLEASE, NO ARRIVALS BEFORE 3 PM OR AFTER 9 PM, CHECK-IN STARTS AT 3 PM.

• No loud music - including car stereos, electronics, etc.

• No loud parties

• No ATV's or motorcycles during June, July & August.

• There are no day use areas at the resort. If you would like to have visitors to your cabin or campsite, they must have prior approval and are subject to a $10/person charge, per day. Our infrastructure, due to being off-grid, has a maximum capacity we must adhere to.

• There is no power in the cabins except for Cabin 9 which has lights only, please do not bring any electric appliances.

• Quiet time 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

• No generators allowed for cabins.

• Generators for RV's, only allowed between the hours of 10:00 am - 12 noon and 4:00-6:00 pm.

 

Cancellation policy

With 30 days notice, cabin deposits are refundable less a $50.00 processing fee. Campsites $25 Fee. Under 30 days notice, full payment is forfeited.

 

Pet friendly policy

 

Johnson Lake Resort is pet friendly, as we believe that they are part of the family too. Many resorts have opted not to allow pets and with good reason. So we ask that you help us maintain out “Pet Friendly Policy” for the enjoyment of both pet owners and non pet owners.

 

• Pets must be registered when you send in your reservation request and at check-in.

• Pets must be on a leash at all times while on the property, this includes, in your campsite as well as the path to the big lake.

• Owners must pick up after their pets. Extra doggy bags are available.

• We cannot accommodate pets with disruptive behaviour such as excessive barking or aggressiveness toward other people or pets.

• Pets are not allowed in the main lodge.

• A cleaning surcharge will apply in which pets have caused excessive messes.

• Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds in the cabins.
