Resort Policies

We are a family-friendly resort, dedicated to providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

• Check-In: Please arrive between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. We are unable to accommodate arrivals before 3:00 pm or after 9:00 pm.
• Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum. No loud music, car stereos, or electronics. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Parties: Loud parties are not permitted.
• Visitors & Day Guests: All guests, including day visitors, must check in at the lodge upon arrival. There is no day visitor fee. Additional overnight guests are $15/night per person, up to the maximum occupancy of your site or cabin.
• Off-Grid Cabins: There is no power in the cabins, except for Cabin 9 (which has lights only). Please do not bring electric appliances.
• Generators: Generators are allowed for RVs only between 10:00 am – 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. No generators are allowed for cabins.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We love pets and welcome them as part of the family! To ensure all guests have a pleasant experience, please follow these guidelines:

• Registration: Pets must be registered during reservation and at check-in.
• Pet Deposit: A $25 pet fee is required.
• Leashes: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, including in your campsite and along the path to the Big Lake.
• Clean-Up: Please clean up after your pets. Extra doggy bags are available.
• Disruptive Behavior: We cannot accommodate pets with excessive barking or aggression towards other people or pets.
• Lodge Access: Pets are not allowed in the main lodge.
• Cleaning Surcharge: A surcharge will apply for excessive messes caused by pets.
• Furniture: Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds in the cabins.

ATV & Motorcycle Policy

ATVs and motorcycles are permitted at the campground on a trial basis and may be subject to change based on guest use and safety considerations. To help everyone enjoy their stay, please follow these guidelines:

• Stay on designated trails and approved riding areas.
• Obey all posted signage and safety regulations.
• Ride respectfully and be mindful of other guests, campers, and wildlife.
• No ATV use during designated quiet hours.
• Never drink and ride.
• Ride responsibly and operate ATVs safely at all times.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring youth riders follow campground rules and safety requirements.

*Unsafe or disrespectful operation may result in ATV privileges being revoked.

Booking & Deposit Policy

• 50% of the total is due at booking to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• Campsite cancellations will incur a $25 fee.
• Under 30 days’ notice, full payment is non-refundable.
